Order processing:

Order processing may take 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday).

Delivery:
Orders received for delivery within Europe must arrive within 10-21 business days, depending on the place of delivery. US orders 10-14 days. Orders sent to Canada, Australia, Brazil will take an additional 14-30 days for delivery.

At the moment, we do not send parcels to the African Continent.

Orders are not processing and are not sent on weekends and holidays.

You can track your order by following the link that you will receive at the email address you added, immediately after sending your order.

* The shipping cost can be changed at any time.

Custom, Duties, Taxes
As shipments may incur customs, duties fees and taxes depending on which country you live in, you are responsible for paying customs fees.

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Refund/exchange of the purchase:

All refunds must be sent within 5 days from the date of receiving purchase.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels.

Refund procedure:

Please write to us by e-mail hello@whitehound.store to request a refund, and we will send instructions on how and where to ship your item.
We will refund the cost of the product.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs. We strongly recommend to you use a tracking method to send your refund by post.
